All events held at the Stanford Court Renaissance Hotel, 905 California Street (Nob Hill) unless otherwise noted.

Please note that this schedule is subject to change and will be updated frequently.

Summit credentials are required for admission to all events and sessions.

Upon arrival at the Stanford Court – check in, get settled, and please familiarize yourself with the location of the meeting rooms for keynotes and workshop/panel sessions. A map of the hotel property is available at the Hotel's Front Desk.

Transportation shuttle provided if you are registered for the full summit and staying at the hotel.

Meet at the hotel lobby. 

Shuttle leaves at 5:15 pm promptly.  If you miss shuttle, take taxi to City Hall.

BART:
exit Civic Center and walk a couple of blocks to City Hall

PARKING:
if you’re driving, the closest parking is Civic Center Garage, enter on McAllister

Immediately after the conclusion of the SF Mayor’s VIP Reception, please proceed to the steps of City Hall facing Polk St.

Shuttle leaves City Hall at 7:45 pm promptly. If you miss the shuttle, please take a taxi to Stanford Court.

FWN100 AWARDS BRIEFING/REHEARSALS

This activity is a MUST ATTEND – we would like to go over with each and everyone of you how the Awards Gala night will unfold.  We want the awards ceremony to be a meaningful occasion and the awards presentation flow perfectly for you. 

FRIDAY, OCT 14

FWN100 Speed Femtor 100 Young Pinay Protégés

Where: 
Carnelian by the Bay, 1 Ferry Building Plaza (at the foot of Market St. and Embarcadero)

Attire: 
Business Casual; please wear your FWN name badge

Contribution: 
Included for Awardees with full Summit registration and Friday-Only day registration; meal tickets collected

Advance sign-up is required for both Femtors and Femtees so you will be able to indicate, in advance, the areas in which you would most like to give (if you're a Femtor) or receive (if you're a Femtee) advice.

12:30 – 1:30 pm 
Lunch on your own

Shuttle leaves Stanford Court Hotel at 7:45 am and returns to the hotel at 1:45 pm.

 Return to Stanford Court:  Meet at Carnelian by the Bay. Shuttle leaves at 1:45 pm promptly.  If you miss the shuttle, take a taxi or cable car to Stanford Court.





1:30 pm – 4:00 pm 
Please reserve this time slot for potential appointment slots overflow, re-shoots and re-interviews due to technical reasons.

First registration, first served.
Otherwise, free time to network with co-awardees among your award categories.

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm   
Get ready for Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner!

FWN Secretariat at Stanford Foyer (lower level)

Included for Awardees with full Summit registration and Friday-Only day registration. Filipina Summit credentials required.  Meal tickets collected.

Attire: 
Formal (long gown), Filipiniana or modern Filipinana Attire; Barong or Black Tie. Please wear your FWN name badge.

Additional tickets for awardees’ guests:
$180 FWN Member, $230 Non-member

Purchase additional tickets online at: www.filipinawomensnetwork.org/events no later than Friday, Oct. 7th 11 pm PST.  There will be no registrations at-the-door.
