THIS IS FWN's 14th YEAR
In 2022, we are raising awareness of #StopAsianHate which saw a rise in 2020 during the pandemic. Still on-going and we must help STOP the violence against women and girls.
We perform this play as an all-Asian cast to raise awareness of the violence against all women and girls and the hate that we as Asian women face.
Since 2003, FWN in collaboration with V-DAY, has been empowering and celebrating Filipina women and Women of Color United and their sexuality with a festival of theatre, comedy, and the spoken word, highlighted at benefit performances in San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, Washington, DC., Toronto and London.
The cast includes community leaders, elected and appointed officials, actors, students, business women, professionals, activists and homemakers.
